Prevailing Truth

Doing right is never wrong. Being honest and trustworthy is the way to live. Perhaps a slight twist of the facts might bring a short term gain. A little misrepresentation might bring some short term satisfaction. But in the end truth always wins, so live like a winner! ♥

My spirit is broken, my days are extinct, the grave is ready for me. Surely there are mockers around me, and my eye dwells on their provocation. "Lay down a pledge for me with yourself; who is there that will give surety for me? Since you have closed their minds to understanding, therefore you will not let them triumph.

(Job 17:1-4)

For the LORD loves the just and will not forsake his faithful ones. They will be protected forever, but the offspring of the wicked will be cut off..

(Psalm 37:28)

I Remember...

I remember the underlying feeling.
I remember the day when I walked up the stairway and being swept by your loving arms; our love, that reached beyond the ceiling.
I remember you love me.
I remember the taste of your tears as we held each other, wrapped up in each others love; our pounding hearts.
I remember looking into your eyes and touching your soul.
I remember being your queen, your wifey, the charm, the one; your glow.
I remember bathing each other in the soft lathering aroma and how our hearts couldn't stop smiling; showering, almost as if we were in a coma.
I remember you taking me to our bed as we gazed in each others eyes, as we slowly pulled the black sheets and comforter to a side; our hearts racing.
I remember our bodies meshing together as one.
I remember the fragrance of your body as I laid with you, my face clinging to your skin; we're one. (my nose always so cold).
I remember waking up to the rich smell of freshly ground kona--lingering from my nightstand; so warm.
I remember your sweet tender kisses on my forehead, face, body, and hands.
I remember meeting you in my dreams--you're my dream come true; and still, my man.
I remember feeding you.
I remember wiping your mouth clean.
I remember giving you drink, my king.
I remember your specialty; best tuna sandwich I've ever eaten.
I remember watching you as you worked and played; I couldn't believe I was forever there to stay.
I remember you.
I remember the breathtaking moment the minute our souls would connect, we knew we were made for each other, such a percfect fit; surely it must of been God's plan.
I remember being safe, especially the time when we were exposed to the world but yet we were there all alone, no-one else existed; a pool full of love.
I remember our spot, underneath the moon and stars, caressing; oh what blessed love.
I remember making love with our minds; how could anyone ever forget? Yes, you're definitely and always will be mine.
I remember our little family; so very special like the day you asked me to marry.
I remember blessing you, praying for you; I do--always fighting for you.
I remember waiting for my work day to end so that my day would begin; with you.
I remember the frequent smiles; the "I love yous"
I remember I'm forever yours, and you're forever mine.
I remember my love...do you?
I remember; give me a sign.

Who Are You Wasting Your Time On?

Face it; if you are with the wrong person, then you’re just with the wrong person. Surely you can long for them, desire them, love them, admire, adore them, and genuinely want them, but if they’re not the one for you, nothing you do will make it work. Amazing how people will go through hell trying to save a bad relationship from ending, unfortunately. Isn't time to accept the fact that--when it’s over, it’s over. Yes, starting over isn't always easy, as a matter of fact, it's hard work, but wouldn't you rather work on moving on than waste time on an unfortunate situation. People aren’t discouraged about relationships because of the stress they cause, it’s more so because they don’t know how to recognize when they’re wasting their time. There comes a time when you have to stop thinking you can teach people lessons they don’t want to learn. Stop being one of those people who will continue to have the same arguments over and over again just for the sake of looking like they care, not for the purpose of changing. How about paying attention to the times where a person’s intentions fail to catch up to their actions. Don’t fall for that “this is what I’m used to” excuse because people change when they want to change, and it’s as simple as that. Don’t mistake a desire to make you happy with a plan to change. The reality is, is that some people are great at pacifying a situation but horrible at actually fixing the issue. The ability to accept, appreciate, and understand the truth is a priceless virtue. Few people actually know what they want, so they use people to get by or simply because they don't want to feel alone, or rejected. Then there are many who will just take whatever they can get. It’s easy to set your standards high on the good days, but when you’re discouraged and tired, find the strength to have what it takes not to settle. You cannot change a person’s feelings; it’s a waste of time trying to. If the situation starts wrong, it will most likely end wrong. Stop signing up for disappointment and then get mad when you get it.

"P.S. I Love You..."

Anyone can say "I love you", anyone. It takes a very special person to show you. I believe in love being an act of doings, not just a basket full of words. And telling someone the truth is an act of love...

Hold Onto Hope

I encourage you to stay. No matter what you're going through, what storms are raging around you; God never promised we wouldn't endure hardship, but He did promise he would take us through, and that we'd be over-comers. So hold on. To the hope of God. Like David did. Wait. Because your redemption is near..

Never let it go! Nothing is more unintelligent than giving up on hope...(Psalms 34:18)

HE KNOWS.

GOD knows ALL about it...and that's absolutely, positively--the flat out TRUTH!!!
(...and never forget that)

A Perplexed Mind

There are times when God will give you a sneak peek, a glimpse, a taste, a vision of windows, doors that He'd like to open and bless you with; which He'd much rather open and grant you full access to, but doesn't, because He knows you're not ready nor fully equipped for (no eyes have seen, no ears have heard what God has prepared for those who love and trust Him). It's evident that Gods thoughts are not our thoughts, nor His ways our ways; He's thoughts and plans for you are so beyond your understanding, far beyond your comprehension--clearly, it's simply to much for you to consume,  withstand, receive at this particular moment. It's completely unbelievable the gifts and promises He has in His will for you, but you're not ready for them. Confusion--what's the definition of being confused? To be confused is to bring ruin, in the state of being perplexed, being uncertain, and chaotic. Perhaps you're a confused person with so much chaos, perplexity, and uncertainty in your life. And if that's the case; you must know that confusion is like having a vail covering over your eyes, a covering that is keeping you from seeing all that He'd like to reveal to you, (however, do keep in mind He not only makes it visible to you through the natural eye, but the spiritual as well), yet everything seems so blurry to you--nothing seems clear. See, God is not a God of confusion, it's not in His definition, and if you as a believer know who you are in Him through Jesus Christ, and/or are in line with His will and purpose over your life; then confusion shouldn't be a part of your thinking, doing nor a part of your life style in any way shape or form. Pray, seek and ask God for revelation,  ask that he may remove any and all confusion from your life,  and deliver you from it; then perhaps God will not only give you a glimpse, but rather open the windows, doors and floodgates of heaven that will cause an abundant rainfall upon your life. It's not always about asking God "why me", nor always being so quick to blame satan/enemy for all your misfortunes or unanswered prayers; no. Have you ever wondered, considered, or asked yourself that it's possible you could be the one blocking, hindering your blessings, dreams, and goals from coming  into fruition? Are you asking, but are continuing to do things your way? Are you putting forth the righteous effort? It's very important to seek revelation, gain knowledge and understanding of your fruitful comings, and apply them accordingly. This will cause confusion, malice, obscurity, fear and doubt to flee from your life once it's been revealed to you, but if He knows you're not ready and equipped for it, He will withhold it from you until you are completely prepared and ready to receive. Remember: preparation is never time wasted, (You can't make time; you can only manage it. Neither can you save time; you can only spend it; so are you willing to spend it wisely or foolishly), and always know that, God can dream a bigger dream for you than you could ever dream for yourself.

Seek Revelation

“I am learning to understand rather than immediately judge or to be judged. I cannot blindly follow the crowd and accept their approach. I will not allow myself to indulge in the usual manipulating game of role creation. Fortunately for me, my self-knowledge has transcended that and I have come to understand that life is best to be lived and not to be conceptualized. I am happy because I am growing daily and I am honestly not knowing where the limit lies. To be certain, every day there can be a revelation or a new discovery. I treasure the memory of the past misfortunes. It has added more to my bank of fortitude.”

Let Them Be Exposed And Scattered

The ones who are defeated are those who think they are; the only way to consume your enemies is through prayer (spiritual warfare), through faith. Don't give up until they are destroyed, completely. Don't get discouraged in prayer. Continue to pray. You will become stronger, and the enemy weaker. Pray until their strategies are destroyed. One must pursue the ememy. To pursue means "to chase with hostile intent." We cannot be passive when it comes to warfare. The tactics of your enemy/enemies is to destroy your purpose and success in life. It's not just about winning the war--it's about overcoming and facing all the battles in-between that bring you to your victory/victories. On that note, demolish, sabotage all your enemies. Let all your victories establish your purpose and your success! Be like David; fight the good fight, and then dance like he did! (see psalm 68:1)

Don't Give Up What Rightfully Belongs to You

If it's any consolation to you: Know that what is for you, is for you. What is yours is yours, and no-one shall take that away from you, because it rightfully belongs to you! It'll never work for them. Ever.

Who Am I

No matter how many journeys I may go through in life; I will ALWAYS be ME, and make the best of everything that comes my way! And through it all I would have played many characters and roles, best believe it!! Ultimately, the personal wisdom and knowledge I gain and obtain through it all is through revelation. In this life, my only competition is me; before I gain the world, I must first gain thyself, and keep my soul. I cannot master  anything in life, if I don't first master thyself. I still have my whole life ahead of me, and I'll be damned if I stop here!

Take My Soul...

Now I lay me down to sleep,
I pray the Lord my soul to keep.
If I should die before I wake,
I pray the Lord my soul to take <3 font="">

I AM a strong woman...

Real confidence isn't about being confident in oneself, no; True confidence is knowing, recognizing, accepting who you are through Him that one is confident; that's real confidence, and definitely something to boast about!
